Rafal Fiks, the manager of ACCHSH's training and presentation centre said: "We have noticed, the meetings are mostly effective when gathering about seven people.
That way, no matter whether training is focused on theory or presentations, we can guarantee good contact between the trainer and the participants, as well as a nice atmosphere.
Our current customers have dominated the first meetings but amongst the participants there were also possible users of Puzzleflow and other people willing to learn more about PDF format as a standard in printing industry." The type of training (lectures, presentations) is mostly determined by the topic, but each one must include workshops during which the participants discuss the practical use of their knowledge, he added.
The subjects of training and workshops include normalisation, pre-flight, proofing, certification, jobs optimising, PDF versions, PDF/X, PJTF, JDF, page geometry, transparencies and overprint, as well as colour management, fonts and images.
The training is conducted by ACCHSH and guests invited to present particular subjects.
ACCHSH said that the next meetings will be devoted to technology managers and will cover such topics as trapping, personalisation and CIP3.
