Adare Halcyon, an Adare Group company, has appointmed Steve Parker as general manager for the company's strategic print division, reporting to managing director Barry Crich.

Adare Halcyon, an Adare Group company, has appointmed Steve Parker as general manager for the company's strategic print division, reporting to managing director Barry Crich Parjer previously worked for UK Greetings, the holding company for Carlton Cards

Parker's responsibilities will involve the management of all operational functions in strategic print including customer services, production planning, origination and the company's production facility, which includes the recently installed new 10-colour Muller Martini press.

Barry Crich said: "Steve has a substantial amount of experience, most noticeably having had responsibility for four manufacturing sites across the north of England.

Combined with his exceptional technical knowledge, this makes him a natural first choice for such a crucial role within Adare Halcyon." Parker commented: "I welcome the opportunity to join one of the leading organisations in this industry and one which has clear ambitions to continue its growth, as represented by the investment in recent years." A key emphasis in the role will be to manage and facilitate process and efficiency improvements throughout the company.

Halcyon Print, the operational and marketing print division of Adare Halcyon, focuses on business forms, continuous stationery, security products and direct mail print.
