80,000 Cards Via Web-Based System In 12 Weeks
Eighty thousand charity Christmas cards have been distributed to staff at banking organisation Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS) across the UK by Adare using its marketing communications portal, MC2.
The same system also governs both on-line and printed communication, ensuring consistency across the two, and provides a centralised repository for all incoming and outgoing communications.
Angus Walker, sales and marketing director at Adare, commented: "The new software simplifies a number of processes and, therefore, gives us a more flexible and robust offer.
As a result, we are able to provide a faster, even more cost-effective service to our clients, as well as a much broader range of services, from which we can continue to grow our business." Tracey Robinson, vice president of Docucorp EMEA, said: "Previously something as simple as adding an extra line of information to a standard communication required time-consuming programming by Adare's IT staff.
Now, with our system in place, non-IT staff, either within Adare or its clients, can quickly and easily build the templates and processes needed to support a particular type of communication simply by dragging icons across a screen." Adare can now also accept print files from its clients in any format.
Docucorp's software automatically translates data in to the format required, whether for on-line or printed communication.
The facility has opened up further major business opportunities for Adare, complementing its Electronic Bill Presentation and Payment (EBPP) product (powered by Checkfree i-Series), a secure on-line payment service.
As part of the agreement, Adare will serve as Docucorp's preferred outsourced print and fulfilment partner for the United Kingdom and Ireland.
