Securitas UK has signed a five year deal for Adare to manage and supply its transactional services requirements.

Secure cash collection, delivery and processing is provided by Securitas UK or its clients in the banking, finance and retail sectors.

The company turned to marketing and corporate communications provider Adare when it opted to outsource the supply and management of all of its invoicing, statements, billing and electronic document archiving and retrieval requirements.

Adare's business development director, Phil Muller, said: "The length of the deal demonstrates the strength and depth of service that Adare has to offer in this highly sensitive sector where accuracy, discretion and security are paramount.

Many of Securitas's clients are banks and we were able to demonstrate a strong track record and reputation in the finance sector." He added: "The company required a highly secure transactional and billing service and we had the stability and breadth of capabilities to present a robust, future proof system for which 100 per cent accuracy and security was a guarantee." Adare said it will be responsible for the printing and distribution of all the services, whilst having the capacity on-site to step in and take over digital and on-line requirements - including electronic bill presentation services - offering additional options and peace of mind to the client.
