Ashgate Automation has installed one of the first of its new KAS Crease Matic 150 programmable card creasers at Vision Print Marketing in Wolverhampton (UK).
Leading the way this year will be the KAS Crease Matic 150 programmable card creaser, which was first launched at last year's show.
It is said to be popular with digital printers around the UK, which prevents toner or ink cracking when the sheet is folded, for less than half the price of auto-feed models on the market.
The CM150 is also claimed to offer many big machine features such as nine hits on the sheet, five memories, three crease widths and a maximum sheet length of 999mm (catering for Xeikon users long sheets).
The CM150 is often sold as part of a package with the Horizon P330 fully automatic suction feed folder.

Each book is individually jogged, stapled, folded and lead edge trimmed, added Ashgate.
New models of Fastbind perfect binders will be on show.
The Fastbind Optima binder is a more automated version of the Elite model.
The new Casematic hardcover maker with automatic closer will also be featured at the show.
The package allows a one-off hardcover to be made ready for perfect binding on the Elite or Optima, suitable for one-off photo albums and yearbooks, for instance, added the company.
On show will be a G-Whiz numbering and perforating machine, an Ideal fully programmable guillotine and a Zip business card cutter.
