A production powerhouse, the Cardline Versa takes personalization to a new level by giving the user complete freedom to configure the solution as needed.
In addition to its variable infeed and outfeed transport modules the system can be configured with up to three additional independent transport modules to support the many personalization, verification and security features available by Atlantic Zeiser".

The Cardline Versa's adaptable infeed transport module can host a high-performance vertical card feeder (optional: horizontal card feed unit), a pre-read production function (camera/scanner) and a freely adjustable high-performance magnetic encoder (HiCo, LoCo - Top Down, Bottom Up) that enables stripes to be positioned anywhere on the card.
A new feature called Accustart allows for immediate and precise job restarts at the correct production point without re-programming.
Cardline Versa comes with a choice of several different outfeed modules offering helpful features such as card sorting or the new inline "Audit Trail", making it possible to verify the personalized and already inspected cards for a second time - independently from the machine controller.
The Audit Trail module generates a printed report that card personalizers can use to provide their customers with an autonomous proof of quality.
All outfeed modules are mounted on wheels for fast and simple interchangeability.
Cardline Versa's on-the-fly card remake feature helps significantly reduce the effort for remaking and sorting cards.
The new high-resolution OMEGA family of inkjet printers combines brilliant 360 dpi print quality with a compact, forgiving design.
Specially developed inks (also in spot colors) guarantee ideal adhesion - even on very difficult surfaces and materials.
Designed as an investment that matches current needs, the Cardline Versa can expand to meet future market requirements thanks to its modular platform design.
Special demonstration during CARTES 2007.
During CARTES 2007 there will be live demonstrations of Cardline Versa at Atlantic Zeiser's booth.
The system will be configured to demonstrate the speed and ease of job changeovers in live production using odd-shaped cards and double CR80 cards.
At CARTES, Atlantic Zeiser will also debut its new CardAttach unit for Cardline Versa.
The new module allows for inline affixing of paper board carriers to the cards.
