Chipline is equipped with two optional feeding modules and requires minimal manual intervention - cards can be loaded without stopping the machine.
The chip programming module supports a throughput of up to 20,000 personalized cards per hour and can handle contact or contact-less cards.
A flipping module delivers in-line processing of both sides of cards.
Additional modules support laser marking and inkjet printing with UV curing.
Operator-friendly, a state-of-the-art software development kit (SDK) ensures uncomplicated script generation.
Error detection and accuracy are hallmarks of the Chipline system.
Atlantic Zeiser's top-line camera inspection module crosschecks data for 100% accuracy.
Cards with incorrect data, chip programming errors or bad camera reading results are ejected into a special locked bin.
A Card Sort module supports dynamic remake of defective cards during production, minimizing costs and reducing the risk of mishandling or fallouts.

Special demonstration during CARTES 2007.
During CARTES 2007 there will be live demonstrations of Chipline at Atlantic Zeiser's stand.
The system will be configured to highlight the vertical feeder, contact-less chip programming, and the OMEGA 36i with SenseCure UV curing unit.
Finished cards will be delivered via a horizontal shingling belt, which automatically sends defective cards to a locked security bin.
