Antalis Updates Big Book Product Guide
Antalis has produced the company's updated product guide called 'The Big Book' which includes product information on around 10,000 products
The brightly coloured book is available to Antalis customers now and will be a handy reference tool containing reel and sheet calculations and glossary of terms for paper and envelopes.
The book outlines environmental certification for products and suppliers, service information along with features and benefits.
Each subsection covers areas such as coated papers and board, text and cover, packaging, envelopes and screen and signage.
Each product page contains a simple matrix providing the relevant detail for each product such as dimensions, colour, sheets per pack/pallet, along with environmental information.
Matthew Botfield, the product manager responsible for producing the Big Book commented: "With the Big Book we have managed to provide our customers not only with a complete product guide, but also a document that can be useful to them in other ways - there is the guide to calculations, environmental information on products and our suppliers, a useful glossary and a list of services that Antalis can provide".
Antalis has also produced a new brochure on its most popular packaging products, which is available now.
The brightly coloured eight page brochure, features product details, item codes, sizes and pack sizes of popular products such as corrugated cases, loosefill, self adhesive tape, stretchfilm and greyboard.
In fact many products which printers use on a regular basis.
John Reed, packaging product manager for Antalis commented: "Part of the strength of Antalis as a paper supplier is our ability to service our customers with a broad range of products".
"Not just their core paper needs but also the peripheral products like packaging items".
"All printed jobs produced by the printer have to be delivered to the client - this means that some form of packaging is needed".
"By producing this brochure we can help our customers to easily choose the best packaging solution to fit by showing them essential product information together with a picture".
"The benefit to the printer being they can easily order these products from the same source as the paper itself".
Antalis is also offering a wide range of self adhesive products, from the high quality Communique range, ideal for general office use, to the large B1 sheets used for the printing of product and warning labels, amongst other uses.
Antalis has created an easy reference guide to assist customers in choosing the correct labelling product for the relevant purpose, .
The 14 page brochure outlines the company's product range including Taktik Digitak labels, Super Flat Sam Gummed, PCL Labels and Sticotac sheets.
Each page contains a product table clearly outlining item numbers, dimensions, adhesive type, pack size and grammages.
A copy of the brochure is available from local Antalis branches.
A new range of FSC envelopes has also been launched by Antalis.
The range of 100gsm envelopes are manufactured from FSC certified well managed forests, company controlled sources and/or post consumer reclaimed material.
Available in window and plain; DL, C5 and C4 with a superseal closure, this range complements the company's Evolve recycled range of envelopes perfectly, giving customers a good selection of environmentally friendly envelopes.
Peter Harrison, product manager at Antalis commented: "As well as recycled envelopes, there is a pressing need for FSC accredited envelopes to satisfy the growing demand for 'eco-friendly' transparency across the whole of the supply chain".
