Trying To Ease Roll Label Materials Selection
Given the wide choice of desktop printers available for self-adhesive roll-label applications, the materials selection process has become an increasingly complex task.
Avery Dennison's new collection, produced through collaboration with former Rinke design experts reflects the exciting and innovative new trends emerging for winter 2005.
The attention to detail of the new designs, coupled with a careful observation of colour and fabric, aims to enhance brand appearance through creativity, variety and quality claimed the company.
It said it has worked with a broad range of substrates and materials to create a label that will become a soft and flexible part of the garment to which it is attached.
"A woven or printed label should not be seen as an addition to an item of clothing, but rather as an integral part of the garment; the interface between manufacturer, brand and consumer," said Massimo Ghislandi of Avery Dennison RIS.
"As such a prominent element of a new fashion collection, the label should both mirror and complement the garment itself and it is, therefore, absolutely essential that label designs reflect current trends within the industry.
We are confident that we have incorporated all the wonderful new flavours of the season with our Avery Dennison winter 2005-6 collection and I hope that visitors to our stand at Mod'Amont will be as inspired by the new ensembles as we are," he concluded.
