The Schneider F60 suction envelope feeder
The Schneider F60 suction envelope feeder, which is newly available from BABS International, can handle anything from small seed packets to C4 pocket or wallet envelopes, as well as cards, folded sheets and brochures It is designed to give a reliable and consistent feed stream, without double or misfeeds, direct into the press
The F60 is compatible with all types of sheet-fed presses, including the latest digital printers, as its speed is synchronised automatically by sensors, Its maximum speed is 10,000 envelopes an hour, in line with most sheet-fed presses.
Large volumes are not a problem because the supply stack is easily replenished from above while the machine is in operation.
A delivery conveyor is also an option for presenting the printed envelopes in a controlled stream.
