The AW Company has launched a plural component metered mixing system with closed loop flow control, known as the Smart 2K system.
The AW Company has launched a plural component metered mixing system with closed loop flow control, known as the Smart 2K system.
It has three operating modes.
Master provides closed loop flow and ratio control of A and B components.
Slave is a ratio control of B component to regulated A component flow rate and there is also manual control.
Alarm outputs provide indications of ratio, flow and pot-life alarms.
A large, backlighted LCD graphic display provides an easy to read indication of the flow rates, ratios, totals, alarms and control outputs.
The Smart 2K is said to be able to be used with manual or automatic systems and is designed for polyurethanes, epoxies, paints, stains, varnishes and adhesives.
