Baldwin Technology will show a range of new process automation systems at JGAS in Tokyo, Japan from 6 - 10 October, including products to improve press productivity and print quality.

According to Baldwin the new systems will also enable printing companies' waste and environmental impact to be reduced.

New products will include water circulators, roller coolers and filter systems, as well as a new version of Combiliner.

Visitors to the stand will be able to see some of Baldwin's blanket cleaning systems plus UV and IR drying equipment.

Baldwin added that during JGAS visitors will be able to see how the company, together with its alliance partners enables it to provide printers with proven systems that provide better print quality and increased productivity with lower waste and pressroom VOCs.

The Baldwin Alliance Partner Network provides is claimed to provide a level of added value opportunities to customers.

Agreements with several new partners have been reached on a regional and worldwide basis and in Japan these include Q I Press Controls and Eltex Elektrostatik.

Baldwin added that the expanded partnership network means that there is virtually no area of process automation in which Baldwin cannot supply a system to improve press productivity and quality, while reducing waste and environmental impact.
