Adobe Creative Suite 3 Users Learn At Conference

A Barrycon Productions product story
Edited by the Printingtalk editorial team May 14, 2007

Barrycon Productions featured Adobe's new Creative Suite 3 at The Pixel Conference and The Vector Conference in Chicago (USA).

The company said that event presenters provided an independent preview of the newly released Adobe Creative Suite 3 and demonstrations of the new feature set.

Barry Anderson, owner of BarryCon, said: "Most designers use more than one, if not all of the Creative Suite programs to some degree.

Creative professionals and the businesses they work for benefited from hands-on, value-added learning opportunities that will be relevant today and in the future.

This combined training can positively affect designers and their organisations by increasing employee productivity through teaching advanced techniques that will help designer's work more efficiently across the entire Creative Suite family." The Vector Conference taught Illustrator and Flash users how to create work efficiently.

Attendees learnt what tools to select and when to use them to get the best results.

The Pixel Conference focused on Photoshop and how to harness the power of pixels for tonal and colour correction, preparing images for print and web output and other utility features for designers.

The first day of The Vector Conference provided sessions on using pixels and vectors together.

Attendees also learnt how to create products when mixing pixels, vectors and type.

Both conferences had a main focus on education with the Creative Suite 2 applications, but also included information on the new feature sets found in Creative Suite 3 that was launched by Adobe in March.
