Lupton joined the company at 16 in 1980 when it was part of the printing company John Green and Sons.
On a traditional printer apprenticeship scheme he worked his way around various departments from stencils to ink mixing over his five year training programme.
Since then Lupton has operated various screen print machines at Bezier's Balne Lane production site.
He said: "It's amazing how fast things keep moving and developing in print.
Screen is actually still done in pretty much the same way but there have been lots of technological developments in areas such as digital print.".
