Bezier's Latest Acquisition Forms
GBP130m Group
Bezier Group has completed the acquisition of CRC in a development that is claimed to have established an enlarged GBP130 million retail marketing agency.
The company added that it is now able to provide services from brand planning and creative campaign development through to in-store implementation and the evaluation of campaigns Mark Shaw, the chief executive of Bezier Group said: "We will now be working on our integration plans and looking at how best we can all work together
