Bunzl Fine Paper has taken a leaf from the consumer sector by launching a loyalty scheme for customers who buy from its Premier Collection catalogue.

Bunzl Fine Paper has taken a leaf from the consumer sector by launching a loyalty scheme for customers who buy from its Premier Collection catalogue.

The national distributor has set up an Air Miles business-to-business scheme to reward account customers who regularly order from the catalogue.

Ten and 20 air miles can be accrued for every £100 spent on premier collection products, with bonuses being offered on certain limes during special promotional periods.

The Air Miles are credited to the customer company as opposed to the named individual, so the firm as part of its own staff incentive or bonus scheme can use them.

Bunzl issues a statement showing the accrued and redeemed Air Miles each month to every participating company, together with details of special promotions.
