Bobst Boosts Filed Services For Corrugated Market

Bobst Group (UK and Ireland) has appointed Alan Letford as its new service manager, following the departure of Neil Jones to become president of Bobst Group in Japan.

Bobst Group (UK and Ireland) has appointed Alan Letford as its new service manager, following the departure of Neil Jones to become president of Bobst Group in Japan.

An 18-year veteran with Bobst, Letford will take responsibility for all service issues in the UK and Ireland.

He said: "I intend to continue the development of new services to customers started under Neil Jones, particularly in the corrugated market." To support that strategy a new position of field service manager for corrugated board products has been created and Nick Geary appointed to the role.

Reporting directly to Letford, he will be responsible for leading the Bobst SPO and flexo, Martin, Rapidex and Asitrade engineering teams in the UK and Ireland.

As a further support to corrugated customers, Benjamin Wileman has joined BGL as a field service technician.

Wileman joins the service team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Martin products, said Bobst.
