The BAPC has upgraded its web site with a total change in its look with greater emphasis on inter-activity.
Kienzler received the accolade in recognition of what were described as his ceaseless efforts in fostering international relationships in the print industry.
The International Partnership Award has only been presented three times in the past - a previous winner being BAPC chairman and close colleague of Kienzler, Sidney Bobb.
Commenting on Kienzler's achievement, Bobb, said: "It's great that Freddy's efforts have been recognised in this way.
Over the past few years he has worked tirelessly to help create a community between various representative bodies throughout the world so that they can share experiences, initiatives and measure trends within the global print industry." Kienzler is a member of the BAPC conference council and was the prime mover in the introduction of the BAPC's employment, health and safety service.
A large part of his remit is to work closely to build and foster close relations with suppliers to the print industry.
A counterpart organisation to the BAPC, Print Image International is the national trade association in the USA for the quick and small commercial print industry.
