The British Standards Institution (BSI) has released the latest edition of BS EN ISO 9000.

The standard includes about 15 new or revised terms, which have come from standards such as ISO 19011 (Auditing) - 10 terms, ISO 10012 (Measurement Assurance) - two terms, ISO 10005 (Quality Plans) - one term, ISO 10007 (Configuration Management) - one term, ISO 10019 (Management Consultants) - one term.
It is now available in multiple formats, including hardcopy with a loose-leaf version, printed and hole-punched on A4 paper for £74, or £37 for BSI subscribing members.
It also comes on CD-ROM that contains all three parts of the BS EN ISO 9000 family of standards.
The CD-ROM contains the newly revised BS EN ISO 9000:2005 plus BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and BS EN ISO 9004:2000 in PDF format at a cost of £214 +VAT, or £107 +VAT for BSI subscribing members.
A CD-ROM with ISO 9000 'Quality Management - Achieving Registration' has also been updated and includes all three standards as above, plus the best-selling ISO 9000:2000 'Achieving Registration' book.
As before, all publications are in PDF format and the collection is also available in a presentation set.
The CD-ROM costs £260 +VAT, or £130 +VAT for BSI subscribing members.
The presentation set comes in a slip-case, with all three parts of the BS EN ISO 9000 family, plus the ISO 9000:2000 'Achieving Registration' book, in a ring bound A5 format.
