Cavendish has launched a business model for the printing industry, which it claimed can help to unlock a company's potential to raise its profitability and cashflow.
By utilising Cavendish's Enterprise Business Model, companies will get the opportunity to increase performance, using existing levels of sales turnover, said Cavendish's principal Colin Thompson.
He added that management tool includes cost saving ideas and industry best practice, whilst also enabling management to structure and control their businesses to make more out of what they already have.
"The Enterprise Business Model is available at a cost that is less than a half day of consultancy and most probably less than the wastage that has taken place in most companies within the last three hours," said Colin Thompson.
He added that the model is applicable to all sizes of company, whether owner managed businesses or large groups.
The model includes a foreword given by Angus Clark, the chief executive of TJ International, the British Printing Industries Federation's printer of the year in 2005.
