Contract Extension For Document Services

CDMS, the Merseyside (UK) database marketing and documents services company, has secured an 18-month extension to its managed service contract with Littlewoods Football Pools The contract is to procure print and process direct marketing campaigns for Littlewoods Football Pools, part of Sportech, and is worth GBP1.5 million over the contract period

The contract includes data mangement, document development, laser and digital print production, envelope, postcard and plastic wrap mailings.
A full management service is provided by dedicated account personnel located at Littlewoods' Football Pools premises." Jane Karim, the collector services manager for Littlewoods Football Pools, made the final decision based upon the specialist knowledge of the CDMS team.
Karim said: "The contract award followed an extensive review of providers in the UK and I am pleased to say that CDMS offered the best level of service and pricing structure for our business." Fulfilment will be undertaken at CDMS's facility in Whiston.
Primarily, the work includes the production of customer statements and football coupons, as well as procuring print from accredited printers within the UK.
Martyn Viquerat added: "The working relationship between our account managers and the Littlewoods marketing and procurement teams, along with the specialist skills of the rest of the team here at CDMS, were key to securing this contract .
We consistently strive to improve our service and Littlewoods Football Pools know that it can rely upon CDMS to achieve the results it demands." CDMS's managing director, Stephen Clarke, said that CDMS was committed to achieving maximum return on investment for Littlewoods Football Pools campaigns and that both companies were looking forward to another chapter in their working relationship.
