Competitive Label Printer Can Be Networked
Citizen Systems Europe has launched a new label printer, which has been developed to deliver fast throughput of labels at a claimed 4ips at a resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi).
Label Printer Provides Personalised Messages
The latest technology from Citizen Systems Europe is enabling Bradford-based Concept Labelling Solutions to provide florists with an innovative package called 'Inspirations'.
The internal rewinder version of the CL-S700 is claimed to feature a simple rewinder that is front-loading for ease-of-access.
Front loading also has the benefit of reducing the physical space required for the printer, minimising its footprint, or enabling the printer to fit in to tight spaces.
Hi-Open metal cases provide easy access and simple media loading, whilst Hi-Lift mechanisms make ribbon loading quick using ARCP technology to eliminate ribbon wrinkle, added the company.
The new printers feature metal casings to avoid accidental damage and they are claimed to be particularly suitable for use in packaging and pharmaceutical labelling.
The CL-S700 range will be available in 200 dots per inch (dpi) and 300dpi versions, with Datamax and Zebra emulations offering parallel, serial and USB interfaces plus Ethernet and wireless LAN options providing remote control, configuration and monitoring of each printer.
