More efficient job quoting and 24-hour access to job information to improve customer service was a major goal for JWP Solutions in Print as it sought additional growth.

The UK company has now streamlined its quoting, job bags, and inventory management, whilst its customers have benefited from the system with many of them now logging into the program provided by Claritum.

Claritum of Bath is a provider of print management software in the UK and its software is designed to resolve common print industry issues of administration efficiency for typically disparate customer bases.

"Our customers are very impressed with our system, with one of our customers having over 60 users fully trained and operating it.

We wanted to develop new ways in which we could communicate quotes and job information more efficiently to our customers, whilst providing them with 24 hour access to information which they could source at times that suited them," said JWP director John Watmough.

In JWP's case, single part jobs and multi part campaigns are managed with all job related information available on a single page, whilst the system ensures that the entire project team is kept up to date.

Sales invoices are automatically generated without further keying and supplier invoices can be reconciled against purchase orders.

James Samuels, Managing Director of Claritum commented that demand has seen the company increase its client base by 50% in 12 months.
