Special ColorGATE Screen and Sign for EPSON edition Screen printing films via EPSON Stylus Pro 7600/9600.

The ColorGATE Screen&Sign product series offers a selection of extensive solutions for the screen printer and signmaker, which are specially designed to start with inhouse production of screen printing films and digital output or to optimize a current digital production workflow.

Screen&Sign is production software for the screen printing film production on digital inkjet printers with the option to produce additionally small runs of color printouts.

New in this product series is a special edition suitable for the EPSON Stylus Pro 7600 (24") and Stylus Pro 9600 (44").

The new system, together with the respective printer model offers, an effective production system and is available from now on.

The Screen&Sign Special edition for the EPSON printers was developed in cooperation by Colorgate and Epson.

The combination of Epson with Screen&Sign software offers many advantages for screen printing, claimed the company.

The current printers achieve enormous output qualities with a highest resolution of 2880dpi.

By using special raster algorithms and the control of the dot structure the software edition obtains on suitable media ink combinations a maximum UV density of up to Dmax=4.9.

Following the most efficient Screen&Sign Pro Server product the series novelty has a wide function range.

It supports all usual file formats such as EPS, PDF, DCS 2.0 (Desktop Color Separation) also in in separated form and with spot colors.

The software supplies accurately registered 4-color separations up to 120lpi and offers proven functions like Colorgate�s separation container to arrange the individual color separations mediaoptimized for printing.
