News International has just completed reel stand upgrades at its Wapping plant, with a further 10 similar installations planned.
News International has just completed reel stand upgrades at its Wapping plant, with a further 10 similar installations planned.
Supplied by Control Techniques, the Mentor II DC drives have been fitted to 15 of the Docklands plant's 80 reel stands, replacing analogue systems to improve accuracy and reduce web breaks.
