Colour Confidence will attend Europe's largest annual imaging show, Focus on Imaging from February 25 - 28 at the NEC, Birmingham (UK).

Colour Confidence will be demonstrating the range of colour management systems available, featuring products from manufacturers including X-Rite, Pantone and Colorvision.

Also on show on the company's stand - C22 in hall 9 - will be a selection of monitors from Colour Confidence's Monitor Showroom and products from its own product range.

With sales of digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras increasing by over 60 per cent in 2006 and the trend predicted to continue this year, demand for colour management systems has never been higher, believes Colour Confidence.

Geoffrey Clements, managing director of Colour Confidence, said: "Focus on Imaging provides us with the opportunity to meet more customers than at any other show.

Meeting them face-to-face means we can provide them with the benefit of our expansive product knowledge and impartial viewpoint on all the colour management systems currently available.

As a company we remain committed to providing independent advice and through the launch of our Colorstore programme we hope to be able to maintain this both in-store and online." Since its launch at Focus 2006 the company said its Monitor Showroom has proved popular with customers because of its unbiased guidance on a range of colour accurate monitors.

Awarding each monitor a star rating, the Colour Confidence technical team has made judgements based solely on the colour reproduction capabilities of the monitor and, as such, provide a guide to purchasing the right monitor.

Visitors to stand C22 can compare the qualities of several monitors from Eizo, LaCie and NEC, added the company.

Colour Confidence will also be officially launching its latest product at Focus on Imaging - the Total Balance.

A collapsible version of a traditional grey card, it folds in to a pocket-sized package for easy portability, said the company.
