Colourgen Steps In To Support Ilford
Customers
Colourgen, the UK distributor of large format digital printing systems, has agreed to provide Epson printer support to customers of Ilford Imaging UK, which went into receivership in August.

Colourgen is providing the balance of customers' 12-month parts and labour warranties on a free of charge basis.
Jeff Biggs, managing director of Colourgen, commented: "Ilford and its appointed receivers were keen to ensure that its clients were not left without a service provider.
As such we are pleased to be able to provide this service, as it will bring peace of mind to customers.
Ilford customers can be confident that we will handle all in and out of warranty service calls with a high degree of professionalism and provide a quality service.".
