As part of a GBP1.5 million, year-long investment programme, Crowes has built an extension to its warehouse to accommodate its new 10-colour press According to Crowes, the 10-colour machine has added significant firepower to the company's armoury of printing presses and the extension was a crucial development in driving the business forward
The expanded space has also enabled the company to hold more stock - as Mike Lawler in the company's production department noted: "It gives us greater flexibility when it comes to keeping customers' products on-site." With the offer of a facilities management service Crowes said it can now help companies that have limited stock holding room and some clients even make use of an intranet ordering system to manage the logistics.
