Press Wash-Up Trough System's Disposable
Liner
CyanX has re-branded and changed the pricing structure of its Mindermate product, which has now been renamed the Inksink.
The company claimed that the move comes after what it described as the worldwide interest shown in the product and that the name change facilitates the importance of markets where the term 'press minder' is no longer used CyanX believes that Inksink more accurately describes what the system does, which is to provide a cleaner, more environmentally friendly approach to the task of cleaning out press wash-up troughs on sheet-fed offset presses

A new disposable liner, which is the main feature of the system, is produced as a multi-layer foil to resist even the most aggressive solvents and UV materials, claimed CyanX.
The Inksink wash-up blade has received a new, production process and both developments have enabled a reduction in Inksink's price.
CyanX claimed that the initiatives provide for a small initial system investment and a lower replacement liner cost.
The company added that it is also offering free Inksink wash-up blades for new systems that are bought, which in some cases will make the system less expensive than the cost of replacing the press with standard blades.
