Data Translation specialises in the development of USB data acquisition systems.
The company has also developed and marketed a range of PCI and DSP products.
All products can be supported by a range of data acquisition software packages.
That includes data acquisition software - DT Measure Foundry - which uses drag and drop components to create applications, without programming, claimed the company.
In addition, the company also offers turnkey data acquisition systems with signal conditioning and it supplies a number of OEM customers with data acquisition cards, to integrate in to their own products.
Data Translation also develops a range of PCI Frame Grabbers that are used for imaging applications such as, scientific and general purpose imaging as well as more specialist machine vision applications.
Global Lab Image can be used with a frame grabber and a camera of choice, to provide tools for image capture, processing and analysis.
The software uses a point and click script tool and is configured using a properties menu, so no programming is required, said the company.
DT Vision Foundry is said to be designed to meet the requirements of Machine Vision systems.
Version 3.7 has recently been released, providing added functions to support FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, along with other enhancements.
