Internal Sales Appointment Boosts Customer Support

DCP Systems has appointed Helen Genn as sales manager responsible for internal sales within the company.

The appointment is a move to strengthen and expand DCP's sales and support team following recent expansion and the move to new premises as well as the resultant increase in sales and demand.

Genn will also be responsible for fine art and photographic products consumables.

Prior to joining DCP, she was previously with IML, a labelling systems organisation where she was sales manager responsible for new business, marketing and the day to day running of the sales office.

As we expand with advancing technology, it is absolutely vital that we further improve our services too.

That means building the team wisely and ensuring the best people are there to fully support and help our customers," said Darren Walker, DCP's sales director.

DCP Systems is a member of the Guild of Fine Art, as well as the PPLA and PMA.

The company specialises in digital wide format systems for digital display, fine art and photographic markets.

The Sheffield (UK) organisation includes in its product portfolio equipment from Agfa, Epson, Oce, Encad and HP inkjets, Onyx and Shiraz RIPs and specialist media including Hahnemuhle and Regulus, as well as Microtek scanners and finishing equipment from GBC, Seal and Keencut.

DCP also provides training and application advice and in-depth product support at stand-alone or systems level, from networking to colour management and finishing.
