DCP Systems will launch several printers at its Go Wide photographic and wide format digital printing events in Glasgow and Sheffield.

The events will include showings of the new HP Designjet 45000 series flatbed printer, the Seiko Color Textiler 64DS and the Mutoh Trans Tex dye-sublimation printer.

It will also give visitors a first chance to see a range of eco-solvent printers from Epson, which includes the GS6000 and the 7990 and 9990.

The Seiko Color Textiler 64DS entry-level dye sublimation printer allows businesses to expand into the fabric graphics market.

High-quality printing output, at high speeds and at a true resolution of 720dpi, and the lack of cockling experienced with this printer reduces waste, production time and maintenance costs.

The Mutoh Transtex dye sublimation printer will show how it can offer numerous opportunities for opening up new market sectors to sign makers.

The Epson Stylus Pro GS600 64"-wide 8-colour ink solvent model will revolutionise the signage market in terms of quality and speed.

The 7990 and 9990 models set a new standard in the wide-format proofing and fine art sectors with high quality results, smoother tones and graduations due to Epson's new 11 ink system, which includes orange and green.

Among the HP Designjet range for demonstration will be the new Flatbed 45000, the Eco-solvent 9000 and the latest Z6100 series.

The Canon range will include the 12-colour IPF9100 60" and the IPF8100 44" printers and the 8-colour IPF9000 and IPF8000 printers.

All printers will be run on the latest version of Onyx RIP software, and visitors will be able to see, touch and print on the latest inks and media, accompanied by the chance for delegates to produce stretch canvas prints of their choice through demonstrations.

Completing the intensive line-up will be colour management, profiling, finishing and scanning products.

The entire range will be on hand with the exception of the Klieverik hot press.

Due to this machine's size and logistics, DCP will arrange a separate demonstration at their own facility in Sheffield.
