Scandinavian Deal For UV Print On Demand
System
As it expands its print on demand (POD) business Screen has appointed Schneidler Grafiska as its distributor to sell and support its industrial and wide format inkjet printers.
The deal embraces Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland Screen said that Schneidler Grafiska's expertise in the industrial sector is appropriate to support sales of the Truepress Jet650 UV where POD systems are incorporated in to a variety of products during production

Imega Print who service design and marketing companies, has bought its first Screen B1 thermal Dainippon Platerite 8000 CTP system with Trueflow workflow software.
The Truepress Jet2500UV will be launched at the Fespa Digital exhibition following its preview at Fespa Digital last year.
It is a wide format flatbed and roll-fed inkjet printing system featuring grayscale printheads that are claimed to enable printing on rigid and flexible substrates, whilst offering a balance between print quality and productivity said Screen.
As well as its claimed flexibility of format, changing from flatbed to roll, with claimed print resolutions of between 300 dots per inch (dpi) to 1,500dpi.
A supplier to the graphic arts market since 1805, Schneidler Grafiska, part of the Schneidler Group, supplies a range of pre-press, print finishing products and consumables with full support.
The Schneidler Group is a privately-owned business, which imports and markets equipment and consumables to the graphic arts and printed circuit board industries.
Frans Kops, Screen's northern European sales manager, said: "Schneidler Grafiska is Sweden's most respected distributor and is an important addition to our European distribution network.
They are well established suppliers to the digital large format market and the Truepress Jet 2500UV is the perfect system for an expanding customer base."
