Said to be designed to provide the continuity and cost predictability needed in today's complex manufacturing, Totalcare Plus will be provided to the highest Domino Global Service Standard, claimed the company.

With the Totalcare plus programme, customers can choose from a set of flexible modules which, for example, include start-up training, maintenance, technical support and fluids agreements, for instance, to adopt a tailored aftersales service package for maximum equipment effectiveness and reduces unplanned maintenance.

Domino claimed that the new programme will help customers to factor in a predictable value of after sales services and increase a company's overall equipment effectiveness.
