Easyprint has a superior range of thermal transfer printing equipment, which will be marketed globally through a combination of existing Easyprint distribution channels and Domino's own strong global sales and support network." He added: "This purchase, together with the recently announced acquisition of Mectec Elektronik, further enhances Domino's range of coding and marking products, enabling us to better satisfy the requirements of our extensive global customer base.

We are delighted that the management teams and employees of both companies are staying on with their respective businesses to help us realise the full potential of these acquisitions.".
