Document Solutions said that Wojtas had a nine-year track record in training and management in the armed forces.
The company, an accredited premier partner to Xerox, said it has expanded its operations following a management buy-out.
Wojtas commented: "This is an exciting time to be joining Document Solutions as it embarks upon an ambitious growth strategy.
With my background I am used to operating under pressure in a fast-paced environment and I am looking forward to this new challenge with one of the UK's leaders in document solutions, backed by a global brand leader in Xerox.".
