Humidification And Water Treatment At Graph Expo
Draabe, the manufacturer of humidification systems, will take a full display of its humidification systems and water treatment systems to Graph Expo 2006.
Draabe, the manufacturer of humidification systems, will take a full display of its humidification systems and water treatment systems to Graph Expo 2006.
Graph Expo, taking place from October 16-18 in Chicago (USA) will see Draabe on stand 3448.
Three different versions of the high-pressure Turbofog will be on show, including the Turbofog 4, designed for pre-press or offices with low ceilings and the Turbofog 8/16 for print shops, production and storage areas with high humidification requirements.
In addition, there will also be the Turbofog 32, designed for areas with high ceilings and the highest humidification requirements.
Draabe will also be exhibiting its Perpur water treatment system for humidifiers and process water and the Highpur high-pressure pulsation system.
Turbofog features a pulsating hydraulic flow and titanium nozzles that atomise the water to a micro-fine aerosol directly in the room.
Not only is the procedure claimed to be very energy efficient, it is also quiet and drip free.
The air humidity is controlled by a precision hydrostat.
The atomisation is activated as soon as the air humidity falls below the set optimum value.
Only pure, de-mineralised water from a reverse osmosis unit integrated in the Draabe System is used to ensure hygienic and trouble-free operation of the air humidification system, added the company.
For trouble-free, 100 per cent hygienic air humidification, Draabe said that the Perpur reverse osmosis plant produces clean, partially desalinated water.
A variety of sizes and a range of accessories allow flexible customisation to handle specific tasks.
At the heart of all Draabe high-pressure nozzle systems is the Highpur high-pressure pulsation system that generates the required hydraulic flow and permits drip-free atomisation of the pure water.
To ensure maximum health protection, the humidifier water in the circuit is continuously de-germinated in an electric bioreactor during operation, said Draabe.
An additional automatic flush system for the pipe network ensures the water is always fresh, even if the plant is shut down for a lengthy period of time.
The system is installed complete in a portable mini-container, which is replaced during servicing.
Wafik Kouchouk, Draabe's director of sales, said: "We are excited to be displaying our humidification and water treatment systems to printers at Graph Expo.
Printers need to realise that proper humidification is as important as choosing the right printing press or bindery equipment.
We'll be at the show to answer their questions and provide the right systems to solve their problems.".
