The creation of direct mail campaign material can be completed with a new web-based direct marketing service introduced by DSTi Output.

Hi-Response, which is claimed to be the only service of its kind in the UK, is said by DSTi to provide direct mail recipients with information specifically relevant to them quickly and effectively Using the online service, clients create and design their own content for direct mail communications using either text or images, maintain control by writing their own data rules for messages and the material is then printed in full colour, mailed and delivered to customers within 72 hours

Hi-Response uses DSTI's White Paper Solution whereby all the information, including logos, addresses and legal details, such as terms and conditions, are printed on to plain paper.

Because no pre-printed stationery is required, wastage and transportation are reduced, so that Hi-Response is environmentally considerate and financially efficient.

Danny Narey, head of the Hi-Response business unit, said: "Hi-Response is a communications management service designed specifically for businesses needing to issue effective, highly-personalised messages within tight deadlines.

It is an innovative direct marketing tool that allows clients to communicate with their customers in writing in the most timely and relevant manner possible.

We have a strong reputation within the industry and our customers can be assured that our usual high standards of quality and service also apply to our Hi-Response.".
