Edale will be displaying its shaftless Sigma narrow web flexo packaging press, at Drupa 2004 (May 6-19).
The Gamma is a flexographic printing and converting press, which has a Pit-Stop Colour change (PSC) system.
At the same time, a functioning Gamma print head was demonstrated by Edale and the equipment's full launch is expected in 2008.
Edale's managing director, James Boughton, said: "Labelexpo has been a fantastic show for us this year, with a record number of quality enquiries and a healthy amount of visitors from our home market in the UK.
This time we have tried to offer our visitors something different to the numerous modular presses that fill these halls.
We like to think we offer the complete service in terms of machinery available.
Our Lambda system further proves this, as pretty much any reel-fed application can be achieved, with the added bonus, that it can be completely re-configured in the future for something else.".
