EFI Highlights Its JDF Capability At Drupa.

EFI will be highlighting its JDF-integrated applications and technologies at Drupa 2004 in May.

EFI will be highlighting its JDF-integrated applications and technologies at Drupa 2004 in May.

Working in partnership with companies such as Dainippon Screen USA and Heidelberg, EFI has adopted JDF, the open standard job ticketing language enabling operational applications across the printing process.

Some of the new systems from EFI that will be showcased at Drupa will include its Press Connector module for EFI print management systems (MIS) with JDF connectivity to Heidelberg, Komori and MAN Roland presses.

Prepress Connector provides JDF integration with pre-press workflow systems.

The company will also show its JDF workflow support for digital presses in EFI's Oneflow, Balance and Fiery products.

Internet systems, including Digital Storefront, Printsmith Site and EFI Exchange, will also demonstrate JDF integration.

EFI will also be participating on the CIP4 JDF stand.

EFI will have two stands in Hall 4 at Drupa - B34 and B40.
