Production Response Digital Proofs Response
London prepress company Production Response is providing clients with a more efficient digital proofing service, following the installation of EFI's proofing software incorporating Best technology.
She added: "It is important that printers have the right information and select products that suit their businesses right now, as well as in the future.
At EFI, this is exactly what we offer - scalable, flexible print management systems, from our entry-level Printsmith, right through to Hagen and our e-commerce offerings.
We look forward to engaging with our target audience at the MIS show to show them exactly what these products can do for them." Amongst products on show at MIS 2006 will be Printsmith, which is claimed to provide a complete set of print business management tools, covering areas such as estimation, job tickets, account statements and stock order reports.
With digital on-demand production in mind, EFI said the software also provides the power and speed needed to meet customer demands and is suitable for companies looking for ways to more efficiently manage their businesses, reduce costs and maximise profits.
Demonstrations on the EFI stand will also include Hagen, designed for high-volume single and multi-plant printing presses.
It is designed for technology-driven, businesses requiring scalable, globally optimised print management information systems (MIS) to handle multi-company, multi-division, multi-language and multi-currency operations, added the company.
EFI will also be showing its web to print products that it said enable businesses to create a personalised interactive internet or intranet presence 24 hours-a-day as well as 'intuitive' interfaces that are said to increase customer satisfaction.
The company also claimed that its web-to-print products reduce operator error and decrease job completion time, thus leading to maximum productivity and profitability.
