8,000sph B2 Laminator Shows At Digital Print World

After finalising a distribution deal for laminators, Encore Machinery will be highlighting the Jupiter, fully-automated B2 laminator and B2 Pegasus entry level laminator at Digital Print World.

Encore Machinery will be sharing stand 145 with D and K for whom it now acts as a distributor and it will also be exhibiting MB folders and Pit Stop digital creasers-perforators.

The on-line heavy duty MB 38 B3 folder with a Pit Stop digital creaser, which operates at a claimed 8,000 sheets per hour (sph) with a 900mm long register table and a pulsed delivery table for maximum productivity, will be prominent at Digital Print World.

The Pit Stop Mini digital scoring and perforating machine, which operates at 6,000sph and handles stock from 80gsm to 400 gsm will also displayed for printers that not lower volume requirements.

The Pit Stop creaser will also be demonstrated as a stand-alone version.

Encore Machinery will be demonstrating the MB prestige Fold Net folder, which is claimed to be one of the most technically advanced folders on the market with networking capability, which is suitable for folding digitally printed stock.

Fold Net 52 from MB is a folder for medium-size formats which, for the first time, incorporates complete automation including the feeder to the delivery section.

It has an Ethernet interface, enabling integration in to in-plant networks.

Manual intervention is reduced to a minimum because the positions of all the setting elements are calculated, through a central touch screen panel and set automatically to an accuracy of 0.1mm under computer control, said Encore.

It is also possible to save the setting data of more than 200 jobs in a program memory, providing short set-up times, a minimum of waste and simple operation.

The Fold Net 52 machines are expandable and available with one, two or three fold units.
