RIP Software Supports Large Format Printers

Large format printers from Gandinnovations and Vutek are now supported by the latest update of the Ergosoft RIP software.
The Ergosoft Rip software, which is claimed to have precise colour rendering, in combination with Gandinnovations' super wide format Jeti printers, is said to allow for fast and accurate printing.
The Jeti printers are available as solvent printers, UV roll-to-roll printers and UV flatbed printers and are offered with 12 or 24 Spectra print heads, whilst having a print width of up to five metres wide (with the Jeti 5024 UV).
In addition, Ergosoft's software supports the extra wide printers from Vutek, such as the 5330, 3360 and 2300 series.
Those printers, which are offered as four-colour, six-colour and eight-colour systems, are claimed to benefit from the printing raster of the RIP software, as well as Ergosoft's profiling software, ColorGPS.
The combination of the colour gamut profiling software and the RIP, is claimed to enable users to achieve the best results possible, especially when working with more than four colours.
