PDF Workflow System Makes Debut At Drupa
The Drupa 2008 exhibition will see ECRM introduce the next release of its commercial PDF workflow system, Workmates v3.0.
According to ECRM, Workmates 3.0 has a new graphic user interface, which is claimed to allow users to either view all or selected workflows Users can choose to drop jobs in to automatic flows for complete automation, or manual flows to create custom impositions to selected output devices
Workmates 3.0 is a client server package that offers users of Macintosh and PC clients with claimed unlimited client connections.
In addition, Workmates 3.0 supports the latest Harlequin RIP release version 8.0, which offers PDFRaster output and increased performance from multi-threaded CPUs, added ECRM.
