New Financial Boss Joins Esko's Board
Esko has appointed Kurt Demeuleneere as chief financial officer, replacing Carsten Knudsen who became president and chief executive officer after Esko's ownership changed to Axcel.

Esko has also welcomed Raf Decaluwe as a new independent director to its board.
Decaluwe is chairman of Laundry Systems Group (LSG), the provider of commercial and heavy-duty laundry systems, since 2002.
He is the former chief executive officer of Bekaert, the world's largest steel wire producer, where he has been overseeing the company's shift away from materials for radial tires to thin metal panels, fibres, and film coatings.
Prior to his 16 years at Bekaert, of which the last eight years was as chief executive officer, Decaluwe held senior positions at Black and Decker and Fisher Price Toys.
Esko's chairman, Jean-Claude Deschamps, said: "With Mr Decaluwe's appointment, we have now completed the new board for Esko-Graphics.
This strong team brings together years of valuable experience in dynamic high-tech businesses and will be a great asset for Esko to drive and inspire its strategic development.".
