By streamlining content creation through on-line project management, Teamworks 2.0 software reduces cycle times and strengthens stakeholder partnerships." Teamworks 2.0 includes a range of real time collaboration tools that are claimed to improve production efficiencies and customer collaboration.
For proofing, users can proof a variety of file formats.
Pixel streaming technology allows full resolution images to be accessed, with the capability to zoom in to the smallest detail, added Kodak.
Multiple users can be designated to view and annotate creative content and can compare files to see what changes have been made and to verify that requested or required revisions have been applied.

The company added that to more effectively organise projects, users can upload and download files, preserving any established folder structures in the process.
Creative content can be moved amongst projects and, in combination with Eyemedia software, between libraries and projects.
New jobs can be created based on templates that predefine attributes of the project.
Creation of workflow tasks is said to be made simple with flexible and intuitive tools that organise and manage the content creation process.
Users create tasks and identify the files involved, as well as the stakeholders and their responsibilities.
Participants receive notifications to view the work assigned to them and about project status.
Other features of Teamworks 2.0 software include file sharing.
The software is also said to provide a convenient, secure and organised way to share content amongst stakeholders, regardless of physical location.
Users can view a sequential log of activities performed with a given project using the software's history view function.
Jerry Mills, vice president of J and L Digital Image, commented: "Smart Review and the new task based management features in Teamworks 2.0 software have really improved the way we work with our customers.
