Kodak Appoints Customer Service Supremo
Guy Sasson has been appointed as vice president of customer service for Kodak's Graphic Communications Group in Europe, Africa and Middle East region (EAMER).

Kevin Joyce, who has been appointed as chief marketing officer at Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, believes that the printing industry needs to take a fresh look at how it markets itself.
Currently, he is serving as vicce presdient of operations for GCG EAMER.
Sasson's previous roles have included time as country manager for KPG France, which he joined in 1999 as assistant to the president for Europe.
Prior to that he held managerial posts at Shell and acted as consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD (France), as well as a master of science degree.
Israel Sandler commented: "Guy has been part of the Kodak family for the last seven years and has witnessed and been part of the growth and change process of the last few years.
His rich experience and determined character will equip him perfectly for this challenging role." Roger Lines, who previously held the post since 2003, will take up a new role as director of strategy and business development for GCG's workflow and pre-press equipment group.
