System Provides High Resolution Online

The Kodak Smart Review System is being integrated in to Adam Software's system to provide customers with a high resolution online approval system.

The Smart Review System integrates Kodak's proprietary imaging and colour technology in to a server-based proofing engine, enabling high-resolution on-screen proofing.
Because the server streams just the information that is needed, users can view high-resolution images over any internet connection, added the company.
Pieter Casneuf, a partner at Adam Software, said: "As one of the major DAM vendors, we want to offer our customers full integration with what we consider to be the best-of-breed system in high resolution approval workflows.
Therefore, Adam Software has chosen Kodak's Graphic Communications Group as OEM supplier for our workflow based systems." He continued: "The Kodak system gives us the ability to provide one fluid workflow to our customers, which incorporates the design, approval and distribution processes, whilst keeping full control of the assets within the life cycle.
Customers benefit from a highly technical system, which is presented to them via a very simple to use, personalized user interface.

We are proud that they have chosen Kodak technology." Adam technology is used by Microsoft, Stanley, Corporate Express, Inbev, Sanoma Magazines and Philips Medical, for instance.
The company's asset life cycle management products, include packaging workflows for brand management and collateral roll out, product data management and catalogue production, online proofing and web to print.
