Holiday company First Choice has appointed retail media specialist Bezier to handle its in-store print over the next three years.
This is a high-end product and we are confident that it will add real value to Sale Sharks as a rugby club and Everydaymedia as a business." Including comment from the likes of former Sale and England rugby star, Dewi Morris, articles about Sale players past and present and comment from the club physiotherapist and various supporters, 'Inside Sharks' is a highly credible publication, believes Walker.
As Sale RFU's commercial director, Nathan Bombrys, said: "We felt that a Sharks' magazine had potential but we had to be sure that product provided some genuine content that our supporters would find easy to read, rather than another piece of club communication.
Following various meetings with Jason, club officials and several supporters who were volunteering to be part of the editorial team, we decided to run with the idea.
The result is superb and we are thrilled with the look, feel and editorial quality of the first issue.
Everybody at the club is delighted and I'm equally pleased that Everydaymedia has got off the ground with such a superb publication." Looking forward to the next edition, Walker added: "We have produced a publication to be proud of and everybody is already hard at work on the next issue.
The first one has been mailed to the club's season ticket holders and is also available from the club shop and we hope that the balanced articles will appeal to everybody who reads it.".
