Top Speakers Line Up For FESPA 2005 Show
For the first time in the exhibition's history, FESPA 2005 - to be held in Munich (Germany) next June - will include a series of free seminars and workshops.
The awards ceremony will take place during FESPA 2005 in Munich (Germany) May 31-June 4.
There are 21 categories in the awards and they are divided into various sections covering screenprinting, textiles, industrial and digital.
The industrial categories, which cover printing on substrates such as glass, ceramics, CDs, in-mould decoration and printed circuits, for instance, are open to companies that are not members either of FESPA or of their national screenprinting associations.
Other categories are restricted to member companies.
Companies can enter any number of categories within the Premier Awards, but no more than two entries can be accepted in any one category said the organisation.
All work that has been produced in normal production during the period from June 2002 to March 2005 is eligible for entry in the awards.
Entry forms are available through the post from FESPA, or via its website.
Forms must be returned to FESPA by April 29, 2005 and the entries themselves must be submitted to FESPA between April 19 and May 20, 2005.
Judging of the awards will be made on the basis of technical difficulty and quality.
Design will have a low value in the eyes of the international judging panel and would only come in to play as a 'tie-breaker' between entries that can otherwise not be separated commented FESPA.
Winners will be notified immediately prior to the FESPA 2005 exhibition and winning entries will be displayed in the FESPA 2005 Premier Awards pavilion in the atrium of the main entrance, during the exhibition.
Award winners will be invited to the award winners party on June 2 2005. Request a free brochure from FESPA ...
